Reads the first sheet only. Sheet must contain column header names in row 1.
Column header names (esp. for date/time columns) should follow the same conventions as CSV files.
Header name cells should be formatted using the General or Text cell format. Date/time column value cells may use the Date, Time, Number, Text or General cell format. All other column value cells should use the Number cell format.
